1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Yanovitch International LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), on behalf of the One Planet Sovereign Wealth Funds Network (“OPSWF Network”), collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the OPSWF Network Members App (the “App”). The App is a closed, access-restricted platform available exclusively to OPSWF Network Members and select partners.
By accessing the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

3. Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Full name and job title
- Email address and contact information
- Member institution affiliation
- Profile information, including biographical descriptions sourced from public sources (LinkedIn, company websites) or provided directly by you at registration
- Content you contribute within the App, including posts and profile descriptions
- Device identifiers and usage data
Profile information was either provided by you at registration (including the OPSWF CEO Summit), sourced from your institution’s public LinkedIn page, or your public professional profile. You may review and edit your individual profile at any time following your first log-in.
4. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain your access to the App
- To enable Member-to-Member connection and communication within the closed network
- To display your profile to other verified OPSWF Network Members (subject to your visibility settings)
- To administer and improve the App and its features
- To comply with our legal obligations
The legal basis for this processing is contractual necessity (to deliver the service you have agreed to access) and legitimate interests (operating a secure, closed professional network for OPSWF Network Members).
Where processing involves personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area, we also rely on Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Profile Visibility
Individual profiles are set to ‘visible’ by default, enabling Members to connect with their Network peers. You may change your visibility at any time via: Settings → Privacy → ‘Change your profile visibility’. Institution profiles are visible to all App users by default.
6. Data Sharing
Your profile and any content you contribute within the App may be visible to other verified OPSWF Network Members and select partners with authorised access. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with any third party outside the OPSWF Network except as required by law or as necessary to operate the App.
7. Third-Party Processor: Cvent
The App is hosted by Cvent, Inc., an industry-leading event technology platform. Cvent acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data in accordance with its own privacy and security standards, including compliance with GDPR. Data is stored on AWS infrastructure, with EU-based storage (Frankfurt and Dublin) applicable to European users. For more information, please refer to Cvent’s Privacy Policy at cvent.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your access to the App remains active, or as required to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy. Upon removal of access, data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at secretariat@opswf.net.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the App or by email.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing the OPSWF Network Members App (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
2. Access and Eligibility
Access to the App is restricted exclusively to designated individuals within OPSWF Network Member institutions and select authorised partners. Access is granted at the discretion of the OPSWF Secretariat and may be revoked at any time.
3. User Content
You may contribute content to the App, including profile descriptions and posts. By submitting content, you confirm that it is accurate, professional, and compliant with these Terms. You retain responsibility for any content you post.
4. Confidentiality
The App contains non-public materials belonging to the OPSWF Network. As with all non-public OPSWF materials, the Secretariat expects each Member with App access to:
(i) hold in strict confidence the content of any non-public discussion and/or information contained therein; and
(ii) refrain from distributing or otherwise disclosing materials to any third parties outside of their own institutions, without prior permission from the OPSWF Network.
This obligation applies to all content within the App, including but not limited to: Summaries of Proceedings, Terms of Reference, Videos and Photos, Presentations, Workstream Overviews, and Member Institution and Individual Profiles.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute App content outside your institution without explicit permission from the OPSWF Secretariat
- Post content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or another user’s account
- Use the App for any commercial purpose not authorised by the OPSWF Network
6. Suspension and Removal
The OPSWF Secretariat reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a user’s access to the App if that user is found to have:
- Shared confidential content in breach of Section 4 of these Terms; or
- Posted content deemed offensive or otherwise contrary to the standards of the OPSWF Network, as determined at the sole discretion of the OPSWF Secretariat.
7. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the App by the OPSWF Network or its Members remains the intellectual property of the respective contributing party. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce or distribute such content beyond the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yanovitch International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
